WHY DOES MY FAVORITE VEGETABLE

have to be one of the most expensive? :( I <3 asparagus.

Yummy treat tonight:
-1 medium banana
-1 Tbsp natural peanut butter
-1/2 Tbsp chocolate syrup
-sprinkle of ground cinnamon

Arrange ingredients as so and throw it in the oven for about 15 mins at 400*. All for about 240 calories. :)

Warm up: Row Machine - 800m Stairmaster - 5 min @ 50 spm

NROLFW S:1 W:A2, which consisted of: Assisted Barbell Squats 2 x 15 ( assisted bar + 50 lbs)

Alternating sets of: Girl Pushups 2 x 15 Seated Row 2 x 15 (60 lbs)

Alternating sets of: Step Ups 2 x 15 each leg w/ 15lb dumbbells in hand Jackknives 2 x 15

Cardio: 15 of high intensity intervals on the dreadmill
