RESOLUTIONS
Okay, so now that I am not trying to Tumblr on my phone, I want to write out the final 2 resolutions I decided on for the year… other than lose more body fat, which is already given.
1. No High Fructose Corn Syrup. I know I have already mentioned this one before with my comments regarding how I am continually surprised about how many things have HFCS.
2. Run 366 miles this year. That averages to one mile per day. This resolution is nice and easy compared to cutting out HFCS, which hides everywhere.
Does anyone have similar resolutions this year?
HFCS
OMG there is high fructose corn syrup in everything. I have resolved to cut out HFCS as of the New Year. Thankfully, there isn’t any in the food I normally buy throughout the week (I checked while grocery shopping), but if I want an Oreo as a treat sometime? HFCS. Meet some friends for dinner? HFCS in pretty much everything. This is going to get interesting.
NEW YEARS RESOLUTION
So my resolution last year was to cut soda out of my life. I pretty much never drank regular soda anyways, but I probably had one diet soda every day. I have drank so much more water and tea this past year and I feel great. I stayed true to my resolution and will continue to not consume soda for… the rest of my life, I guess.
Now. What do I add to the cut-out list for this years resolution?? (It cannot be ‘sugar’, fyi. Way too big of a leap.) :)
