TODAY’S PROTEIN SHAKE

I am a big fan of making my protein shakes as dessert-y as possible because I have a HUGE sweet tooth.  This is what I made today:

  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1/2 cup nonfat plain greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
  • 1 T natural peanut butter
  • 1 small (5 inch) banana
  • 1 T sugar free chocolate instant pudding mix

I added everything into my Blender Bottle - smooshed the banana up before I added of course - and shook away.  Delicious!

Macros (which will of course vary depending on the brands of products used):

  • 455 cals
  • 13g fat
  • 43g carbs (18g sugar)
  • 43g protein… FORTY. THREE. GRAMS. OF. PROTEIN. Yay!

Yummy treat tonight:
-1 medium banana
-1 Tbsp natural peanut butter
-1/2 Tbsp chocolate syrup
-sprinkle of ground cinnamon

Arrange ingredients as so and throw it in the oven for about 15 mins at 400*. All for about 240 calories. :)
