GPOY… Took this pic before work this morning. I think I see progress in my midsection?…
I made peanut butter protein balls with sugar free chocolate chips tonight :)
Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup whole wheat flour
- 3 scoops vanilla whey protein powder
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
- 3 tablespoons natural honey
- 1/3 cup sugar free chocolate chips
Mix all ingredients except the chocolate chips in a food processor. I found that I needed to add some water to make it a little more moist to stick. Mix the chocolate chips by hand and then roll little balls.
I got 16 balls based on the size I was rolling them. So, the macros per ball for mine:
- 117 cals
- 6g fat
- 10g carbs (4 sugars)
- 7g protein
THIS. No, you will not become all “bulky” and “look like a man” if you lift heavy… men have a hard enough time putting on lbs of muscle as it is, and women don’t have near the amount of muscle-building testosterone in their bodies as men… so stop being only a cardio bunny, stop it with the barbie weights and lift heavy to see some real results.

I VENTURED
into the free weights section of the gym all by myself with all the giant muscle guys and it was not as scary as I thought it would be. :)
