Progress Pics

I feel like I need to put up some progress pics because sometimes you just need to see how far you have come to keep yourself motivated to keep going.  

This first picture of me is when I was at my heaviest, around 180lbs.  I am 5’5”, for the record.  It was taken around June 2009.

This second picture is at about 170lbs.  I had just gotten a new desk job and was able to keep on a better eating schedule than when I worked random hours at a restaurant.  I really think that eating breakfast and eating little bits through out the day is what helped the most. This pic was taken December 2009.

This third picture was taken almost exactly one year after the second picture, in December 2010.  I honestly don’t remember what my weight was at the time.  Probably around 160.  I had been strength training alot so even though the scale was dropping slowly (like it always seems to be with me), I was losing lots of inches.

This was taken late August 2011.  I weigh about 150lbs here.  I really like this picture because you can see my tricep!  My ultimate goal weight is somewhere around 140, I think.

Finally, this picture was taken December 4th, 2011 after I completed the Rock ‘n Roll Las Vegas 1/2 marathon!  Around 148lbs here.
