HIGH PROTEIN SNACKS/MEALS?

What are your favorites? Preferably some that aren’t super high in sodium, too. Please give me suggestions! :)

  1. melaniecanrun said: I made ‘icecream’ last night. Frozen fruit, yoghurt, cacao powder, protein powder in blender. Awesome! Also boiled eggs and jerky. :)
