Came home to this today: a finals / holiday gift from the law firm I will be working at this summer. So nice of them! And these are the best brownies ever! I WILL fit these into my macros! :)

2009 and 2013. 5’5”. 180lbs and 160lbs. Only 20lbs difference on the scale! This photo set is proof that the number on the scale means nothing compared to body composition.
Over the past 4 years I evolved from a sedentary lifestyle to becoming a powerlifter. I still struggle with eating healthy, and by no means do I eat clean, but I try hard every day. I am now more passionate about getting stronger and putting up bigger numbers rather than focusing just on the number on the scale.

Haven’t been on here in awhile, but I want to have a better track of my progress for my meet in March, so I am going to come back.
